Special RDV Winter Season House League Offer for CFHC Bears players

The RDV Ice Den is once again extending CFHC Bears players a special GAMES ONLY rate for the upcoming Winter House League “Olympic Countries” Themed Season. For $300 you can elect to be drafted and play games only (no practices) on a Winter House League Team with the start of the next season.

All CFHC Bears players are welcome to participate if they are interested. The mandatory draft skate schedule is below and the house league season will run approximately mid-January through early-April

If want to register for the GAMES ONLY option, you will have to register at the Ice Den Service desk.  If you'd like to register for the full season (practices and games) you can do so online or at the Ice Den Service desk. 

The Winter League season will begin in January, with evaluation skates taking place on Tuesday January 9th and Wednesday January 10th and the season will end with final games being played the weekend of April 7th & 8th. 

Winter League mandatory evaluation skate schedule:

Tuesday January 9

10U Squirts – 6:00 pm

12U Peewees – 7:15 pm

Wednesday January 10

8U Mites – 6:00 pm

15U Bantams – 7:15 pm

18U Midgets – 8:30 pm

To our CFHC Bears 8U (Mites) skaters – you are already signed up to participate in the Squirt House League so no need to register or attend draft skate unless you also wish to participate on an additional Squirt team or in the Mite House League.

After the evaluation skates are completed then players will be divided up into rough draft rosters for the Game Play Evaluation Jamborees which will be held between January 16th – 24th.  Once the Game Play Jamborees are completed, then the head coaches will finalize their team rosters and notify parents & players of final team placement. 

First week of practices will begin the week of January 29th and Games will begin the weekend of February 3rd & 4th.  Final Games of the season will be played the weekend of April 7th & 8th.

*Please note there is a separate registration link for goalies (by division) and goalie spots could certainly fill up.  There is also a separate registration link for those 10U, 12U & 15U & 18U Girls who want to play on the ALL Girls teams.
